New Income Limits for CalHFA loan programs

Effective Monday, October 5, 2015 will be new income limits for all CalHFA conventional and FHA loan programs. Income limits vary by county but listed below are some of the most popular counties. Income limit is based on a single person household and increase with household size.

NorCal - County          Conventional/ FHA  

San Joaquin:                 $55,700/ 53,350

San Francisco:                86,500/ 82,900

Stanislaus:                       52,100/ 49,900

Sacramento:                    63,900/ 61,250

Alameda:                         78,550/ 75,250

Socal - County             Conventional/ FHA  

Los Angeles:                  $54,450/ 52,150

Orange:                            73,250/ 70,200

San Bernardino:               54,600/ 52,350

San Diego:                       63,750/ 61,100
