Investors and Wholesalers in New Jersey as well as Georgia

I am looking to expand my network across the Northeast (Preferably Tri State) area as well as the Metro-Atlanta area of Georgia. This network or group, will consist of a few individuals that are truly serious about wholesaling and investing full time. This technically would be considered a partnership between companies to buy properties as cash buyers and or wholesaling properties to other investors.
