1) Evernote (evernote.com)
Evernote is a great app that syncs with all of my devices and my computer. I use Evernote for all notes, training, reference material. Simply put, it is a giant digital notebook so I don't have to carry a notebook around with me.

2) Contact Snap (contactsnapper.com)
I love this app. When I meet a new client or contact, I can add their full contact information into my contact database within seconds versus having to manually input the information.

3) Genius Scan (thegrizzlylabs.com)
Great scanner while on the go. Simply take a photo of your document and email away.

4) Asana (asana.com)
I uses this as my daily to-do list as well as my CRM and pipeline management. I can take detailed notes of conversations and create a workspace environment with my team so everyone is up to date on each project and deal.

5) Mortgage Calculator App
I use a mortgage calculator to reverse engineer a targeted price point based on a general monthly budget. I also use this if I am putting together a creative deal (usually commercial)

6) Compass
Self explanatory - I use this tool to determine where the sun will set and to help me orientate a home on a piece of land when looking at development projects

7) Dropbox (dropbox.com)
I keep all important documents in dropbox and can access them from any computer. I also can share folders/files with teams.
