10.15.09 - Cheshire, CT - Rehab Subgroup with CTREIA Member Adam Kosiorek

Have you been watching Flip This House and wondering if you can do the same thing?

Are you currently renovating properties and want to see what other people are doing?

Want to know if you can really sell a house in this market?

Wonder how to finance a rehab?

Then be sure to attend this Rehab Subgroup. CTREIA Member Adam Kosiorek will be demonstrating the project he has just finished.

Here is his description of the property:
"This was a severely neglected property. We placed a very low ball offer and it was accepted. Repairs included new roof, new vinyl siding, new windows, new seamless gutters, landscaped yard, creating an open layout inside, dormering out the upstairs bathroom, completely renovating the 2 baths, updating the kitchen, refinishing the hardwood floors, new carpet for the upstairs, repairing a lot of wood rot, new oil tank, replacing much of the basement plumbing, and more. The property is staged, offers were submitted before work was even done, property is currently under contract after 12 days on the market. "

At this event, you will:
> Walk through the property
> Find out what they planned to renovate and what they decided NOT to renovate
> Before and after budget
> What worked and what did not work
> How did they finance the project
> How did they market the property for sale

This is a real life example of what is going on right here in Connecticut. Be sure to attend and bring your friends and family along with you.
