Coming up for our September monthly meeting we will be having a special guest speaker coming out to spend time with you. His name is Zack Childress and I have spoken with him and convinced him to take time out of his schedule to fly out here and see you. Join us on September 15th in Meriden, CT.

He will be coming out to talk to our group about automating the investing process and working virtually with real estate investing. He actively invests in 7 different real estate markets in today’s market place, all from his hometown of Huntsville, AL. That’s right – we are bringing out a good ‘ol country boy from Alabama to teach you a thing or two about investing.

Why you may ask? Simple ... this guy has been doing it and killing it in today’s market for over 8 years and he is one of the few that survived the crash and kept investing. He also teaches around the country on his methods that work and has many successful students. So, we thought, there is always room for growth and education and in fact ... education is what our group is about!
