Good Money Monday BP,

     Let's break down the numbers on this real estate deal. I'd like to take you inside a prospect to show you how the numbers don't and can't lie. Before going to look at a house, we must at least try to get all the important information. Once we have the loan info, then we can start valuating our exit strategy(how we get PAID). So today's training will show you how I break down the numbers before going to see the house.

     You'll also travel along with me to go inside the house. This is one of the worst houses I've ever seen, and you know I've seen a lot of houses. What made this one so bad is the fact that people were still living in it even though it was falling down. I hope I can help these people because they truly need it. I never get too close to women sellers but you'll see I had to give this lady a hug because the situation was so heart felt.
