What does a SUBJECT TO house look like, let's look at the numbers

Good Morning BP Fam,

What does a subject to real estate deal look like? Well let's go over the numbers. Most of the leads us real estate investors get in will be houses with no equity. It's up to us to make these types of deals work. Not every lead that comes in will have a large spread so we must look to where the value is on each deal. We can buy houses subject to, which means we're simply taking over the seller's mortgage payments. In this video we'll break down the numbers and go to the house together, and then negotiate with the seller over the phone since we're still social distancing with this Covid 19 pandemic. I only went to see the house because I really thought I wanted to buy it.
