Why I left the Music Business for Real Estate Investing

Good Money Monday BP,

I've been asked this question all my life and today I took 40 mins to break down into a 2 part training-13 reasons the real state business is infinitely better, easier, more desirable and more lucrative than the music business.

Yes, we did get a $200k music publishing contract with EMI, and the royalties were good for a while. But after spending and traveling, I found myself dead broke and I don't want you to do the same as I did. If I'd only planned for my future back in 2002, I'd be at least 3 times as wealthy.

The video below I'll break down how music business work, and how they steal money from artists and producers, leaving us flat broke looking for the next big hit. The music business is designed to keep artists BROKE where conversely, real estate by design makes us RICH. Watch and learn if you're interested in the music business, you might want to give it a 2nd thought. Enjoy, and let's talk soon!!!
