I've got eviction court today, but tenant say he has the rent

Good Money Monday my BP fam,

Evicting tenants is one the necessary evils of owning income producing real estate. I charge you, if you don't have the heart to do it, either hire somebody or don't get in this game.

Today, as I was preparing to go to eviction court, my tenant calls and says he has the rent. I'm not sure why he waited until 2 hours before court to call me, but I want to at least give him the opportunity to pay so he can stay in his house. The main problem is he's paying for the previous month so he'll still owe for the month coming up. Watch and learn how I do evictions and how to treat tenants when they have financial difficulties. We all fall on hard times so we must be a master at compassion, empathy and humility. Get out there and have a lot of fun, help a lot of peeps and make tons of money.
