Do real estate investors need a local Business License?

Good Money Monday BP-ers,

A while back, a fellow investor and friend of mine called to ask whether I had a business license or not. He said he was buying and flipping and wholesaling houses without having a business license in our city and the city Treasurer contacted him to verify what he was doing. Well, fast forward, they contacted me too to find out a little more about my business and how much local city tax I was paying.

Gary and I both were in for a shock when we found out neither of us were in compliance with the local government regarding taxes. This video training will show you what we were doing wrong and how we corrected it, with some penalties and punishment of course. It's never a good story without some pain. Get out there and DO A DEAL.
