I shouldn't have let this seller stay in the house AFTER CLOSING

Is it safe to leave a seller in the after you buy it. Some home owners will need a little time after closing to pack up all their stuff and move it to their next location. Some sellers will ask to lease the house back from us investors for a time period as well. But how safe is it really to do this?

Today's video I'll show you what can happen if you decide to allow the seller time in the house after you've put up all the money buying it. Some people can really change once the money exchanges hands. Up until now, I've NEVER allowed the seller to stay inside the house after we buy it because I've seen horror stories from my mentors in the past. One time my mentor loaned a home owner some money and the owner sued him and WON! He lost upwards of $30k on that deal so I knew what I was getting into. Watch a see why I probably made a mistake in trying to make this deal work by letting these people stay in the house. Sometimes helping people will get you hurt...
