Real Estate Negotiating tip #4, He who cares the LEAST wins

We're continuing w/ my biggest real estate negotiation tips, secrets & strategies for investors. We must understand the "He who cares the least wins" attitude. It took me a while to develop this perspective and mindset, but in this video I'm going to show you how you can develop it quickly. You see, just like the ladies don't like to date men that only care about one thing, sellers don't like to deal with people that are too anxious to make money on their house.

I've learned people that are deeper than just making money are more attractive. In business confidence wins and what better way of being confident than not stressing over one house. I see people lose deals, and I'm sure I've lost many deals in the past just by being too desperate and my home owner could tell I needed the money from the deal to pay my bills. Today we'll cover how NOT to be desperate when negotiating your next real estate deal.
