How to buy houses "Subject To" and stop begging banks for loans!

Good Money Monday

If you're anything like me, you're sick and tired of sucking up to banks hoping they approve you for loans. Plus, the big banks are simply NOT in the business of making us RICH anyway.... So, I educated myself on ways to buy houses without using banks.

I took a few hours to put together a full 2 part video training to show you how I buy houses without having to beg banks for loans. Buying houses "subject To" is one of the most powerful strategies I know of. The best thing is, you don't have to worry about:

-Tax returns -Bank Statements -Bank Application -Credit Reports -Down payment -Personally signing for loans etc, etc, Check out how we do it below..

The "Big Banks" are simply NOT going to keep loaning you money to create a real estate empire, so I suggest you find ways around applying for bank loans. I hope this video will open your eyes up to new opportunities..
