PROPERTY INVESTMENT IN KANSAS CITY IS A WIN

Normal 1455311741 Home Value In Kansas City

With a population of 2.07 million, Kansas City ranks as the second largest metropolitan area with its core in Missouri (after Greater St. Louis) and has a population in Kansas larger than the Wichita metropolitan area. It is considered two separate cities but they share a border between Kansas state and Missouri state. With over two hundred fountains, Kansas City, MO has been named the “City of Fountains” as well as the “Paris of the plains” for its many boulevards.

There are many great benefits to property investment in Kansas City. With over 200 parks conveniently placed throughout the city, we are the city of choice for young families. In 2007, we were ranked ‘third’ in the nation as a great place to relocate and raise children.

Do we have your attention yet? Why property investment in Kansas City? What about Google Fiber, why did they chose Kansas City?

Kansas City, in both states, has worked hard to create the “Silicone valley” effect by encouraging “entrepreneurial efforts” and providing them with the support systems necessary. As a result, we are one of the top cities in the nation to create apps for androids. Google Fiber took note of this and chose Kansas City as its place of residence. The new fiber network could bring huge benefits to these communities, including a boost in property values and new jobs, as businesses find ways to take advantage of increased connectivity. “Why did we pick Kansas City?” Milo Medin, Google’s vice president of access services asked, “We wanted to find a location where we could build quickly and efficiently. Kansas City has great infrastructure. And Kansas has a great, business-friendly environment for us to deploy a service. The utility here has all kinds of conduit in it that avoids us having to tear the streets open and a bunch of other stuff that really differentiates it from other places in the country.”

If we have Google on our side, what’s not to like? Our housing market increases by 5% year by year. It just keeps getting better. There are also about 62% of homes that are single family detached houses. That is a big plus in the buying and selling market.

These are just a few of the things going for us. Top that all off with being known for great BBQ, being one of the most beautiful cities in the U.S., and hosting a lot of rich culture and diversity, you will not want to miss out on doing property investment in Kansas City. You just can’t go wrong. Return on investment is going to be high due to the cost of living being 20% lower than the national average. The cost of homes is lower in the Midwest and is not affected by the climate of rising costs in California and surrounding states. The turn key cash flowing properties in Kansas City can bring in around 15% – 40% return on investments.

What else can we say? Invest KC. We are the key to your future.
