I am reaching out to you just to give you an update of what I've been doing. It's hard to believe that 2015 is already over but there is still time to reach your goals!The month of December provides some great opportunities to reach your investing goals.

Many of you know me as a teacher and coach; I have been doing that since 1985!Some of you know that I have been in real estate investment since 2001.With the number of banks failing, and the increased number of foreclosures, I have shifted my investment focus to non-performing notes (NPN).

I am currently buying, holding, and selling defaulted mortgages on residential and commercial properties across the country.I have been receiving an ROI of 20% and higher for my Joint Venture partners.There is an amazing amount of inventory that the banks and hedge funds are looking to move so I expect the year to end with a bang.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I'm also working with a mastermind group that is helping me to explore joint venture, joint venture, and purchase residential and commercial notes at huge discounts.I will be heading to Cape Coral, Florida, with 50 other mastermind members to review over 3000 assets.If you know of anyone who is upset with how poorly their 401 K, IRA, or investment accounts have performed in the last several years, and who might be looking for an alternative investment opportunity, I would enjoy the opportunity for an introduction.
