Real Estate Newsletters - find a good one

Ok -

So this Blog post is not going to be as good or as detailed as some previous ones, but i really wanted to make a point about where you get your information from.  I keep a monthly newsletter that I write or my father who is the figurehead of our company.  He's the guy that sits in the big office i you know what I mean.  Long story short - I write a newsletter each month and do my best to keep it stocked full of good stories and straight advice.

There is an archive to the April newsletter we just put out.

The problem is, I have a hard time finding too many other newsletters where the content is obviously written by the company and not lifted by some VA or written by some professional copywriter.  You can always spot these a mile away by the words they use and the topics that are written about.  As investors, we absolutley have to keep our eyes on the big picture and stay in tune with what we see on the national horizon.  But for most of us, what's happening locally is way mroe important and the truth is - we really want the opinions of those that have "been there' before and have more experience.

Information, insight and ideas are what make a newsletter valuable - not retreaded articles and ghost writers.  Newsletters are a great way to gain clients, build confidence in your brand and stretch your knowledge of your industry over-all.

Best of luck with all your endeavors,

Chris
