Self Directed IRA For Real Estate - Hard Money Bankers

Many people call and ask us if they can use their self directed IRA for real estate transactions. The short answer is , Yes! People are sick of getting minimal returns on their hard earned money and they want more. If they have a little understanding and creativity they can have their IRA and 401k plans turning over much larger rates of return. We are able to lend with people using their self directed IRA because we did our research and know how. The key is to play by the rules and don't do anything outside of them. Working with the right custodian is very important. They will be able to make sure you are within the right boundaries of your IRA rules and that it is being used properly.
