John Marion Atlanta Real Estate Investor on BiggerPockets

I am reconnecting here on BiggerPockets after being inactive on this particular website for some time. I wanted to re-introduce myself to the BiggerPockets community.

I'm a full time real estate investor and licensed agent in the Atlanta, GA market. I promote myself as "The Agent Who Buys Houses".

I'm also an investor friendly REALTOR who has assisted investor clients to complete over 200 transactions in the past couple of years.

Additionally, with my business partner, we run a full time property management company.

Currently I'm looking for capital to fund an additional forty transactions for our company each year over the next 5 years.
