Short Sales and other things that are addictive!

Everyone is addictied to something for me that is Negotiating! I don't care if its something large like a Commercial hotel in Orlando (Which I have done) \. Or where we are going to get gas. Ask my wife in my life everything is a negotiation. And its not that I like to argue its simply that I have to find the best deal and get what I negotiate! That is really the bottom line in life you don't really get what you deserve you get what you Negotiate. So for me it was just a natural thing that I negotaited Short Sales for the better part of 11 years. At one point we would do 300-400 Short Sales a month. Now I am trying to get over my addiction. Is there a Negotiators REHAB? I mean where do you go to get help... Now it is wearing off on my kids. My 7 year old the other day when I asked him to do his homework he starts telling me "I understand where your coming from father and I agree that is important and I appreaciate that you are interested in my future, on the other hand is it not more important for me to spend time playing with my dog and friends." Then he goes on to tell me " Dogs only will live for 12 years and he is already 8. And homework will be around forever!" I felt like hiring him on the spot! WOW I LOVE THAT KID! WHY ARE THERE CHILD LABOR LAWS? :) LOL

 Anyway that is not what this is about. I am not bloging about my kids. This is more about Short Sales. (Even though the kids are fun)

Let me tell you where some people are going wrong they are not working enough deals. If you call BOA with a Short Sale that is a long hold time for one deal. Find 10 find 50!  Then do 10 with Wells Fargo Its still two calls. And you are making more money.

I am telling you this if you market to people that are 60-90 days late on there mortgage and not in default and ahead of all other Realtors and Investors by at least 90-120 days. Get every lenders Short Sale Package that way you don't have to wait for paperwork. Only deal with motivated people if there not motivated you will never get the deal to close.

Buy out the notes from the lender!

Carry 20% yourself! Create income..

Other then that let others do most of the work for you! It really can be as simple as you want it to be. This is not Rocket Science...
