Introduction to the blog: deconstruction of real estate titans

Since passing information is a unique trait that made us humans excel and outperform other fellow creatures on earth, this blog will attempt to deconstruct the performance of elite real estate investors in the Washington DC metropolitan area to understand their building blocks for success; what failures they encountered, how they overcame them, and the associated learning lessons.  My main goal is to conduct short interviews to discover the unconventional strategies these titans adapted to reach their achievements and the minimal learnable units needed to excel in the universe of real estate investments - This blog is inspired by my virtual mentor, Tim Ferris
