An update on my REI Journey

We just launched our new website for our real estate company, Family Home Buyers. We buy investment properties in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.  I'd love to get some suggestions and feedback on how I could improve it! Here is a link to my website:  Mike Buys Philly Houses

I started this site through Carrot. If you're looking to start a website for your real estate business, I highly recommend investor carrot. They offer the We Buy Houses type website to find motivated house sellers. They provide content as well, depending on your plan with them. They have content related to foreclosures, lease options, cash buyers, and all kinds of topics. \

They also have lots of amazing trainings on how to generate leads with your website. It's not enough to simply have a website, you have to promote it and drive traffic towards the website.  The website also has to be a high-converting website, meaning that when people go there, you want them to take action by either calling or filling out a form.  It’s also important to have personal images and testimonials, that way when someone visits your website, it doesn’t just look exactly like everyone else’s site that uses the Carrot Motivated Seller website.

If you have any suggestions on how I can improve my website and start driving more traffic from motivated sellers, I'd love to hear from you and learn how I can drive more traffic and leads through my website.

In addition to my site, I am using direct mail and cold calling as part of my marketing strategy.  However, so far I have had the best luck through my website using Google Ads.  I’ve found that the level of motivation from the leads that come from Google Ads is generally higher than the motivation from someone that I send a direct mail piece to.

To go further into online marketing, I am also starting to use Facebook Ads in an effort to generate leads and also drive more traffic to my website.

Oh, and I also have a blog on my real estate investor website here.
