Facebook Advertising For Home Buyers

Phone users spend hours and hours on social media every day. It makes sense to get in front of them while they are scrolling through! Having a social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are pretty valuable. So how do you do it well? Continue on to see how you can use Facebook to promote your professional home buyer business.

1. Engage Your Audience Every Day

Facebook can be fickle. If you're not posting content on a regular basis or being active on your account, they'll start showing your posts less and less to your followers, and then you will need to pay to boost your posts. Conversely, if you decide to engage with your followers, you'll be seen as adding value, and they'll boost your engagement. In light of that, try taking some kind of valuable action every day. Respond to follower comments, post an inspiring image, or ask a question!

2. Post Engaging Content

Engaging content is valuable content. If you post things that people like to connect with, i.e., videos and photos, and you'll receive more engagement. Add value in inspiring ways. Consider doing a live video, or engage your audience by asking questions.

3. Back To Basics

Make sure you have contact details, business information, and photos thoughtfully planned out. In the "About" section, be sure to add your hours of business, your address and of course how to contact you. Bonus points for those who fill out the small description section as it looks good to Facebook.

4. Facebook Ads

Try targeting the right audience by testing out some Facebook ads. It's simple to set up! Learn how with this simple guide: https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/facebook-paid-ad-checklist

As a business owner and professional home buyer, your schedule is busy. But we've seen activity on social media pay off. It doesn't take very much maintenance, but the reward is worth it!
