I want the money but dont have any skills

So now that you have caught the real estate bug what are you going to do?

information overload or do a deal?

As with all things, we all want the money but aren't willing to do the work for it-

meaning, am I the kind of person that is going to rip up cat urinated carpet for free, am I going to learn how to repair sheetrock, for free, am I really going to invest the time to look for a better way of life. Am I willing to start at the bottom rung of the ladder even though I live and work in a glass bubble and make a 150k a year job, or flip burgers at a fast food restaurant with no hopes of being the district manager, or have no job at all.

One thing that stands the test of time is real estate,  they are not making any more of it and it is at your control if you want to put forth a great effort to accomplish your dreams.

The first thing you will have to do is get in the field, look at properties
