Chase the deal not what you can afford

Chase the deal not what you can afford

The number one thing you have to always keep in in the back of your mind is how you can serve people, and not your ability to pay the bill. This might sound weird but it is the blunt truth. When you look for a deal that can serve more people, guess what: more people will come. It is like: you just came up with the idea to build a spaceship. Who is going to join your team. Some local average dude or a PHD in physics from MIT? See? You got his interest because it is a project he can do and it appeals to him.

Same thing regarding a 4 unit or a 200+ unit. The returns will be larger, you can serve more people, and appeal to players that can chew that type of bone, because it has more meat.

So, remember: If you are looking to do something, do it big. You just have to be the guy that puts the deal together.
