One Secret You MUST Apply to Your Daily Habits

Normal 1499082901 11

Want to improve your life?

Take a look at your daily habits. The biggest secret you must apply to your daily habits is the ability to self assess! Self assessment is the ability to evaluate your actions or daily performance.

This may seem difficult at first, but it is necessary to grow.

Self awareness will keep you on the path of continuous progress.

To begin, you need to understand where you currently are and where you want to be in the future. This is a difficult question to ask yourself. Be honest. Do you have goals? Do you want to begin investing in real estate? Are you taking the daily steps to reach your goal?

Goals are not for everyone. It may seem overwhelming learning about real estate investing if it is brand new. Just understand, over time it will become easier.

Writing down your goals can be beneficial, but they key is figuring out how you will measure your success towards your goals.

In order to begin, define your current goals. If you don't have goals, create them! For example:

I want to invest in real estate and purchase my first property in 90 days.

With your goal, next you want reverse engineer the process.

1. Define Area

2. How will I finance the deal?

3. Analyze Deals

4. View Properties

5. Offers

Your goal is much more achievable since we have narrowed our focus into actionable steps. No need to analyze deals if you don't know your financing or area you are looking to invest in.

Now, since you defined your niche, it is much easier to look at deals. You are no longer looking at all areas since you have a criteria.

The five step outline will keep you on track with your goal. On a daily basis, you want to reflect and be aware of how you are doing progressing towards your goals.

Are your days filled with productive activities that lead you towards your goals? Once you can self assess, you will be making daily changes to lead you towards your goals.

This skill takes time to learn. It is uncomfortable. But, being able to reflect on how you are progressing towards the goal is self assessment.

The path won't be perfect. There will be setbacks. But these can be seen as learning experiences. Don't see failure as the end. Bounce back from failure (first attempt at learning) and improve next time the situation arises.

Hopefully you can begin to self assess to improve your life. I would be excited to hear if you find success with this strategy. If you enjoyed, please share this article with a friend!
