BeachGirl in the BigCity!

Thank you to the BiggerPockets community for the abundance of great information!  I downloaded a Kindle ebook, The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing, and found this site through it.  I'm so glad I did!

I'm a former public education elementary school teacher.  I've been fascinated with real estate for as long as I can remember.  Upon moving to Atlanta this summer, I decided that would be a great time to re-evaluate what I want to do career-wise.  It was an easy re-evaluation process!  I began my mandatory 75-hour pre-license course and passed the final on the first try.  My state exam is tomorrow morning, and I plan on having that REAL ESTATE SALES PERSON'S license in my hand by mid-afternoon!

I plan to learn as much as possible and begin investing in multi-family residential units as quickly as I can get it going!  I live in West Atlanta and spend a lot of time in Midtown; my sponsoring broker is in Buckhead.  

I will pick up the ball and run with it!
