Hey, My name is David. I live in Washington DC, own one 2 unit investment property.
Short term am looking to buy a rental in the West Palm Beach (Boynton Beach in particular) to buy and hold.
Want to learn more about the area, find a good local Agent, good inspector/contractor.
Longer term looking to grow my real estate skills and portfolio. Looking forward to learning a lot here.
