looking for 4plex in houston area
Hey everybody,
My business partner will be moving to Houston, Texas in a month and we are looking for an investor friendly agent. Does anyone have any referrals/recommendations?
We are primarily looking to invest in small multis-4plexes in the Houston area.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Jack, I love in Houston and just a heads up. It's hard to find a duplex or multifamily that isn't in a D class or worse neighborhood. Not sure what kind of neighborhoods you plan on investing in, but just an FYI.
