Need recommendation for Insurance Company in Houston 77082

Hi All, 

I've owned an investment townhouse in Houston, TX 77082 for 8 years and have always had a hard time finding a reasonably priced home insurance company. Right now I'm paying $111.16/monthly through Cypress Texas Lloyds. I've been quoted by State Farm since I have my cars and home through them in Los Angeles and their rate is even higher per month. I'm looking to try and get a lower rate as you can imagine so any recommendations would be appreciated.
