Hey BP members in the Rockford, IL area, would you like to tour a recently rehabbed foreclosure?
Two of our loyal WIN group investors @Lloyd Fulcer & @Renee Fulcer have generously offered to allow us to tour their most recent project. This home is in Machesney Park, was purchased after foreclosure, and has been rehabbed for their rental portfolio.
The tour is free and everyone is welcome to meet afterward for discussion and dinner of your own choice and cost.
