Newbie in Chattanooga, TN - Stephanie Randall

Hello everyone, my name is Stephanie Randall! My husband and I are just getting into the world of real estate investing, looking for our first deal. It is our hope to gain financial independence by house hacking and by gradually building up a “real estate empire,” as we jokingly call it. We have been primarily looking at multi-family housing in the Chattanooga area, and are also interested in potentially flipping some properties. I currently teach piano lessons and accompany choirs in the Chattanooga area, and I love it. The arts are my passion, and I want to pursue them more fully without having to worry about money...because everybody knows that artists are starving for a reason: nobody wants to pay them!
