@Tim Halperin welcome! I am so excited to see another musician here. I am a piano teacher and accompanist in Chattanooga, and my husband (@Andrew Randall) and I are trying to get started in real estate here as well. It is a very hot market in Chattanooga right now, so if you find a deal that works, you will need to be ready to jump on it really fast! I wish you all the best! I am actually going to look at a deal today, and trying to figure out how best to run the numbers on it. Where do you usually go to find local rental rates?

Oh, I want to come too! I think I may have a prior commitment though, so I need to double check.
