Looking to connect with a seasoned Agent in Las Vegas, NV . Currently Florida has not made the state of NV a reciprocal state. Has Buyer that is interested in properties in NV.

I did not get the facilitator's name because of the noise but it was no secret he efforts were to sell his product. He talked a lot about all the challenges he faced trying to access Asset Managers so he could gain access into the REO listings.

Has anyone ever attended this webinar titled "WELLS FARGO-HUD-CHASE BANK LISTING AGENT / SUMMER 2016 Inbox" it was presented today however due to noise and the area I was in it was difficult to hear all the details. It was clear that at the end the facilitator pitched 97.00 software that supposedly gives direct contact information for Asset Managers at Banks.

I am curious because its been a while since I've been full throttle with RE and now at 62 I would like a slower pace..., however I don't want to get caught up with foolish sales  gimmicks that lead no where. Thanks,
