New to BP - From Mankato, Minnesota
Hey I’m John and I’ve been listening and following along on Bigger Pockets for the past 7 months. I’m from the rural southern Minnesota college town Mankato, MN! My goal right now is to purchase a 2-3 bedroom duplex/triplex and house hack to get started. I’m looking to network and learn from this great community. I love househacking and think it's one of the best ways to get started/probably one of the best investments you'll make. The benefits you get with such a low down payment are amazing. You save a ton of money, acquire an asset for little money down and learn a lot about being a landlord.
