Creative real estate oriented CPA in Pittsburgh PA area
Do any investors in the Pittsburgh Pa area have a CPA that they recommend. I just met with my CPA yesterday and left wanting more from an advisor. He is a nice guy and does my tax returns in a timely fashion, however I feel that I am always the one reaching out to him with ideas and questions. I would like to find someone who is more of a tax advisor and can bring different idea to the table on how to structure or act to reduce tax implications as much as possible.

I like many of the ideas that @Lance Lvovsky, @Michael Plaks, @Brandon Hall, @Ashish Acharya and others provide in the forums. I am less concerned with location of cpa with today’s technology. If you need a local cpa in Pittsburgh PM me but try some of the online CPAs. They all have ideas and strategies and fee structures for as much or as little help as you want.
