Think should sell or rent? Big profit Margin for selling or do i hold for cashflow? I put $1700 for gross rent but im gonna try and get higher out of it but thats the least i would rent for to cashflow is $1700. The Property is amazing brand new everything in a wonderful neighborhood i think appreciation will be great and very low capex. Whats everyone think?

    Howdy @Joshua D.

So you are able to purchase this property with no money down and no closing costs?  Also why 15 year amortization?  Why not 30 years for a rental?  Do you manage all your own rentals?  And don’t pay yourself?
