UGH! So in my business, this just limits the amount of time I'll try to "work with" the tenant to cure the payment issue. I usually try to see what I can do with them for about 10 days, then if we get nowhere, I file the eviction.
Now I'll just have to file right away, then try to work with them and see where we are at day 14.
