I am trying to build a future with real estate

I’m looking for some help, advice, mentorship around Las Vegas. Real estate isn’t easy, and takes a lot of work. I find myself having more questions then answers which is intimidating. Anyone in Las Vegas wholesaling or investing in different ways willing to talk over some coffee? Over the phone? Skype? Etc. Or what ever works. I want to learn and know my future is in real estate. Everywhere I turn the first lesson is networking, surrounding yourself with experts, and mentors. Please help.
