New Investor in Kansas City, MO! :-)

Hi all! I am excited and happy to be a part of bigger pockets! My friend, Hannah, and I had been thinking of partnering up in real estate investing for a while and are finally ready to pull the trigger this year!  My friend, Heather, who is a real estate agent referred me to BP and have been gaining so much knowledge through podcasts and webinars!  Hannah and I live in KCMO and have full time jobs. She is a full time hotel manager in St Joseph MO and I am a full time home health physical therapist in the north KC.  We are looking for our first real estate investment and are looking into getting a single family, turn-key home in a specific area of St. Joseph.  We are excited to start out and learn more from you all!
