Hi, my name is Zach Durig. I am currently living in Spring Hill, TN which is about 30 minutes south of Nashville. I am an active duty Navy Submariner on recruiting duty. I have been in the Navy for 7+ years and I am a Nuclear Electrician's Mate. I own my home in Spring Hill via a VA Home Loan. However, outside of that home and renting I have no real estate experience. I have listened to several of the bigger pockets audible books and I am currently on podcast #10/400+. My goal is to start building a portfolio of real estate holdings to build generational wealth for my child on the way and hopefully several more in the future. I have not determined a route that I want to follow yet, but I am learning as much as possible for right now. Thank you in advance for all of your help and support.
