High Demand for Monthly Rentals in Austin

I started doing monthly rentals on Airbnb in June and found that there was an extremely high demand for my unit. I booked out 6 months in 48 hours! My brother copied my strategy in East Austin in an area without any monthly rentals nearby. I wasn't sure if he would get the same demand that I had up by the Domain. He has had 4 inquiries in 24 hours with people trying to book for the next 5 months. He ended up raising his rate $350 higher than his expectation and got renters. The demand is there!

@Andrew Overby I'm about to set one up in South Austin after seeing what @Conner Olsen has done with his. I'll let you know how it goes but I have a feeling I'll be happy with it!
