E&O Insurance - $900
Sentrilock/Suprakey Access - $300
2 Lockbox Purchases - $400
Licensing Fees - $200
Continuing Education - $250
Increase in Auto Insurance - $300
Miscellaneous Brokerage Fees - $1000
