Starting my Short term rental business this month. Any advice from anyone here??

I am in St.louis mo and I will start with a single family resident 3 bed 1 bath and the pick up an apartment in mid town. Love to see what you have for advice

 Great pictures, description. Have amenities that match or exceed the competition.  Set your initial pricing below the competition to help get bookings and 5 star reviews.
