Marketing Director & Photographer looking to get started

Hi All! New BP Pro member here. 

I'm a Marketing Director and Photographer and bought my first home last year north of Boston.  I sought an off-market deal and successfully closed on a house for under-market value.  Between the market fluctuation and improvements I've made on the home in the last year, the value has increased by at least 18%.  I don't have a huge cash flow at the moment but have a very steady six-figure job, excellent credit, and a desire to purchase my first short-term rental (or longer-term) investment within the U.S.  I've got some innovative ideas and I believe my marketing and photography skills could lend themselves well to this market.  Looking for mentors and others I can connect with and learn from.
