Craigslist seems to spammy, Zillow & the MLS are not yielding enough interest.

Definitely not Craigslist. I use facebook, but I turn off commenting because there are so many keyboard warriors just posting useless nonsense.

If you use a property management software like TenantCloud (free for 75 units), they will publish your available rental on dozens of different sites with the click of a button.

Could it be the copy of your ad? Share the post and let us see. With Zillow it seems I get a lot of initial inquiries and then it slows down, but traffic is also driven by which part of the month you list.

We syndicate out to several websites. We use our company website, Zillow, Apartments.com, Trulia, Hotpads, Facebook Marketplace... all the major ones. You want it to visible on as many platforms as you can get it on.

Its also been my experience that a house will rent based on three factors: price, location and condition. If your location and condition are good you may need to lower the price just a tad.

It really depends on your area.  In one area I post on kijiji and used (insert city name) in another it is rentfaster.
