Need help structuring a seller finance deal

Hi everyone, 

I have this deal I want to offer on in Ventura, California and am looking for a savvy investor who has done seller financing before to help me out. 

Purchase price: 1.4 Million

@Jordan Farris seller financing is fairly easy.  You need to get all parties to agree to the terms.  How much does the seller want for the home?  $500K.  How much is the seller willing to finance for you?  $450K loan or 10% down.  Now you have a deal.  Open escrow, put 10% down, pay closing costs and the property is yours.  The seller will get paid on a monthly basis for the term of your loan.  3 years, 5, 7 10?  All depends on what you and the seller agree to.
