Has anyone dealt with Guaranteed rate for a mortgage? Good or bad reviews?

@Ibrahim Hughes read this post I wrote about how to find real estate investment friendly lenders HERE.  There's lots of good stuff in that post and one of the items I always emphasize is getting a referral from a local real estate investor.  I certainly appreciate anyone that mentions my name (thanks @Bruce Lynn and @Robert Finn) but try local as well.  If you need anything specific answered I think we would all answer them in a fair way.  Thanks for posting!
