Best option to keep track of mileage

What is everyone's best way or app of keeping track of mileage for a partner llc? We have several rentals and trying to simplify our books. Is there a way of keeping track of mileage on an app that we can all see?

I use Mile IQ. It's more expensive than I would like, but it is easy.
