Connecting with STR/MTR Investors in Charlotte

Hi everyone!

I am a new investor. I've been standing at the edge of the pool, learning and listening for YEARS. Now is time to just jump in and get this thing going! I'm interested in STR or MTR investing. My plan is to start with arbitrage to build some capital to fund down payments. I'd love to connect with investors in Charlotte or surrounding areas to learn and provide help where I can. I have graphic design/marketing skills (current job) and interior design skills (Interior Architecture degree and former stager). I know that building community is one of the most important things, so I look forward to connecting!
