Ripped Window screens, and blinds with 2" inch missing slat
We just rented out a sfh, the property has been completely remodeled last month, new kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, paint, base, lighting, just about everything.
We have a tennant that moved in, and is wanting to replace the windows screens because of small holes, and blinds with small 2" missing slats.
Is this a reasonable request?

Window screen holes are easy to patch. It's literally like sticking on a piece of tape and works well for me. https://www.amazon.com/Window-...
If the blind looks tacky or prevents privacy, I would replace it. The better you maintain the rental, the better the Tenants will maintain it.
